Also, the Honda CR-V has a better fuel economy. It gets up to 28 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. The Mazda CX-5 only gets 25 mpg in the city and up to 31 mpg on the highway. So, you’ll also save more on fuel with the HR-V.

Under the hood, you’ll find a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that pumps out 187-hp. With this engine, you can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 8.7 seconds, which isn’t far behind the Honda CR-V. Upgrade to the turbo diesel engine for more speed. 

Plus, the Mazda CX-5 is noted for having an upscale interior. It provides a luxury feel at an economical price and has received positive reviews for the comfortable seats.
