The Ford Ranger Roush Is Almost a Mini Raptor

We want the Ford Ranger Raptor. We’re slightly confused about the Ford Ranger Tremor, and what we have is the Ford Ranger Roush. But on a positive note, the Ford Ranger Roush is pretty close to what the Ford Ranger could be.

The Ford Ranger Roush is coming

There are a lot of rumors circling the Ford Ranger Raptor, so it’s hard to confirm what’s actually happening yet. However, various sources suspect that we will see the Ford Ranger Raptor by 2022.

This would be a great option to take on the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and Chevy Colorado Bison as not everyone wants to go off-roading in the massive Ford Ranger. Also, the Ford Ranger Raptor is overseas, so why can’t we have it in America yet?

If you don’t feel like waiting for the Ford Ranger Raptor that may arrive soon, then turn your attention to the Ford Ranger Roush. The 2020 Ranger Roush combines style and functionality for a comfortable off-roading experience.

The 2020 Ford Ranger Roush is powered by the Ford 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine that pumps out 270-hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. The American ford Ranger Raptor is expected to have the 2.6-liter twin V6 for 325-hp and 400 lb-ft of torque.

The Ranger Roush will have the signature Roush grill with dual LED light bars and magnetic grey fender flares with accent lighting. These LED bars and fender flares will definitely draw the eye. You’ll also gain custom fender vent badges and Roush puddle lamps to show off that Roush style.

Enjoy a 1.5-inch factory suspension lift and 32-inch Grabber ATX tires on 18-inch custom satin black Roush wheels for maximum capabilities on and off the road. Also, the stainless steel dual-tip performance cat-back exhaust system delivers confidence and aggression. The Roush Ranger comes with a Route/Fox 2.0 suspension system for tackling obstacles as well.

Ford Ranger Roush options

You can build your Ford Ranger Roush the way you want it. For example, add the optional Roush Chase Rack with dual-rigid 10-inch LED light bars for a Baja Racer inspired feel.

The rack features 7,290 lumen light bars that sit above the truck bed to avoid taking up cargo space. They also come with translucent black enamel lights and an integrated thermal management system to help prolong the life of the LEDs.

Consider the optional aluminum truck bed cover that’s retractable. It can be used in a matter of seconds to protect your gear. Plus, the system is easy to install without the use of a drill. Simply twist the knob to retract the cover.

The truck bed cover also comes with a cargo system of your choice. Plus, the Roush off-road utility kit comes with a center console vault and a rear seat vault to enhance cargo storage areas. To pull your buddies out of the mud, consider going with the winch capable front bumper.

The Ford Ranger Roush can be ordered for about $50,000, making it one expensive off-roading truck. However, it’s also a luxury truck with premium leather seats and other bells and whistles added for luxury comfort.
