Winter driving is one of the things that most people hate about winter. As soon as roads are coated in snow and ice, they become slippery. Even the most experienced snow drivers can struggle in wintry conditions, especially when the vehicle they are driving is ill-equipped to deal with icy roads. So Jeep has come up with a snow quiz to help you see how you handle winter driving, and also to get a sense of how much technology impacts our ability to drive in tough conditions.

The Jeep brand is known for being rugged and able to handle winter driving

Jeep has a range of SUVs and they all scream rugged capability. Each Jeep from the Wrangler to the Grand Cherokee are practically synonymous with hardiness and off-roading. The new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer may be a little too luxe for an off-road beating, but the Jeep image persists. Now Jeep has released a snow quiz, that you can take, that gives you an idea of how your vehicle will perform in snow.

The Snow Quiz is specifically designed to advertise the positive qualities of the 2022 Jeep 4xe, Jeep’s new plug-in hybrid SUV. The Jeep 4xe comes with four-wheel drive

The Jeep Snow Quiz allows you to assess your ability to handle winter driving, as well as to think about what the technology in your vehicle helps you do. The first question the Jeep Snow Quiz asks is, “There is a lot of snow on the roads. What do you do?” You can go one of three ways from there: “I’m not sure I want to go. The road is icy after all…,” “I clear the snow from the windscreen and get into the car, with heated seats and steering wheel,” and “I engage a high gear and drive smoothly.” Each of these three options offers a very real way that someone may choose to deal with poor road conditions.

If someone chooses the third option, there’s a pathway that eventually leads to them crashing into a snowman. Other options lead to Jeep advertising the positive qualities of the 2022 Jeep 4xe. Some of these include hill descent control and ABS.

Which Jeep is best for the snow?

Many Jeeps come with all-wheel drive, including the 2022 Jeep Wrangler, 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2022 Jeep Cherokee, 2022 Jeep Compass, and 2022 Jeep Renegade. The Wrangler offers plenty of ground clearance, while the Renegade has plenty of technology features. The Grand Cherokee’s skid plates and all-terrain tires make it well-suited for the snow and ice.

Winter driving may not be fun, but it can be manageable. You don’t necessarily have to drive a Jeep to be able to have a good winter driving experience. Jeep’s Snow Quiz may help you think about winter driving in a new way though, and help you consider what’s really important to you the next time you’re car shopping (or you just may decide you do actually want the 2022 Jeep 4xe).
