Wrangler

The Jeep Wrangler is a compact and midsize off-road SUV model produced and sold by the Jeep division of Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)). Based on the Willys MB military vehicle of World War II, the Wrangler is a successor to the long-running line of Jeep CJ (Civilian Jeep) models. Additionally, like its origin, the Wrangler went on to be used as a military model, being adapted by the Israeli military to create the AIL Storm multi-mission vehicle.

The first official model in the Wrangler lineup was the Jeep Wrangler YJ (Yuppie Jeep) developed by the American Motors Corporation (AMC) before its new ownership under Chrysler. The Jeep Wrangler YJ ran from 1986 to 1995, followed by the Wrangler TJ (True Jeep) from 1996 to 2006, the Wrangler JK from 2006 to 2018, and the current Wrangler JL generation.

The Jeep Wrangler is known primarily for its superb off-road driving chops, its availability in two-door and four-door (Unlimited) models, and its removable doors, convertible roof, and other customizable options. Currently, the Wrangler is also available as a plug-in hybrid model (the Wrangler 4xe), and its competition includes the Ford Bronco, the Suzuki Jimny, and the Toyota 4Runner.

Pros: The Jeep Wrangler off-road SUV is a masterclass for all-terrain driving. Additionally, it comes with a retro and iconic look, as well as a highly configurable build.
Cons: The Wrangler might be able to handle practically anything you throw at it, but it’s not always the comfiest experience due to a small cabin, stiff ride, and awkward on-road driving manners.
