A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, Audi is a German automobile manufacturer known for its luxury cars and SUVs. In 1909, Audi AG became the second company founded by August Horch. Since then, the automaker has had a rich history of mergers and acquisitions but has always maintained its reputation for high-performance vehicles.
