It’s no secret that Ram trucks have been falling behind other American rivals like the Chevrolet Silverado and Ford F-150. So, along with bringing the V8 HEMI engine back the Ram 1500 is going after an interesting F-150 model to win drivers back.

The Ram 1500 Lowered is racing after the Ford F-150 Lobo

When you think about trucks, things like hauling and towing probably come to mind. However, street trucks have been gaining popularity again. As Ram reenters the NASCAR space, it’s also looking to race the Ford F-150 Lobo.

According to Fox Factory, Mopar fans have been looking for a truck to answer the F-150 Lobo, and the Ram 1500 Lowered street truck is doing just that. It will debut tomorrow on 10/06/2025.

Ram and Fox Factory Vehicles are building a high-performance racing truck. Examples of previous Fox Factory builds include the Black Widow Chevy Silverado SR.

It comes with a lowered suspension, coilovers, sway bars, performance tires, and unique styling features. The Ford F-150 Lobo has a 5.0-liter V8 engine that provides 400 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque.

Plus, it has 22-inch glass black wheels wrapped in street performance tires, dual exhaust tips, hood vents, ground effects, a unique grille, an LED light bar, and blacked-out badging. It’s available straight from the factory.

The Ram 1500 street racing truck isn’t a factory option, but it is available through local dealerships. It features a performance coilover lowering system, and rides on 22-inch black alloy wheels wrapped in high performance tires.

Then a performance dual exhaust, front splitter, rear spoiler, gold accents, and unique graphics pack complete the build and look.

Get ready for power. The Ram 1500 Lowered street truck uses a supercharged 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine that’s paired with a Whipple Supercharger. It cranks out 650 hp, has an advanced twin-screen design for maximum plower, and an oversized heat exchanger for optimal cooling.

But this extra muscle comes with a high price tag. The Ram 1500 Lowered street truck has an MSRP of $89,995. The Ford F-150 Lobo has a starting price of $59,995, including the $2,195 destination fee.
