This is a shout-out to pizza delivery drivers. It’s a rough job as you depend on tips to pay your rent. Also, it can be dangerous. One driver in Ohio recently got robbed while dropping off pizzas and ended up getting hit by her own car. 

Ohio pizza delivery driver was hit by her car 

If you’re a pizza delivery driver then you really need your car to get the job done. So, when two men tried to steal a Domino’s employee’s car in Arkon, Ohio she fought back. 

Police officers quickly responded to reports of a robbery in the 900 block of Sheridan Avenue. Then they found a driver who shared that she was dropping off pizzas when two men got in her unattended car and tried to drive away. 

According to Fox 8, the 31-year-old woman tried to pull one of the men out of the driver’s seat. That’s when he hit her with her car and sped off. Intervening was a pretty dangerous idea, things could have gone much worse. 

She was taken to the hospital to be evaluated for potential injuries. Her condition is currently unknown. Police officers later found her car abandoned on the 900 block of Russell Avenue.

A description of the men hasn’t been released. Also, this serves as a reminder to never leave your car running unattended.Always cut the ignition, take your keys with you, and lock the doors.
