The complaints about the 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van model year include body and paint problems, interior accessory problems, and window/windshield problems.
2016 is the worst model year
CarComplaints.com reports that, according to the registered complaints of real 2016 model year owners, this is the worst year for a used Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. More complaints are made about the 2016 Mercedes Sprinter van than any other model year. People complain about interior accessory problems, brakes issues, engine problems, and fuel system problems.
Complaints have been submitted for “extremely uncomfortable seats.” Plus, the brake pedal can feel a bit soft. Additionally, an owner has complained that the “engine died while driving.” Other owners complain that the warranty is voided if biofuel over B5 is used.
