The Dodge Charger is an iconic muscle car that re-entered the market in 2006 after a nearly 20-year hiatus. According to Dodge, the Charger SXT RWD trim has a starting MSRP of $31,350. Dodge doesn’t skimp on the features of the Charger trim levels, with a 3.6-liter V6 engine putting out 292 horsepower at 6,350 rpm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. This rear-wheel-drive performance sedan has ABS, stability control, and plenty of standard safety features

The SXT RWD trim standard interior features include a digital information display with voice-activated control, push-button start/stop, and a performance shifter. Passengers can also enjoy dual-zone automatic climate control, steering wheel and seat customization, and 60/40 split-folding rear seats.

The famous red keyfob operates a remote keyless entry system and remote start, which also activates climate control. Dodge’s UConnect 7-inch touchscreen is standard and supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Your playlists come through the standard Alpine six-speaker system.

According to Dodge, the Jailbreak trim level takes the Charger to the highest level possible and leaps up in price. The Dodge Charger SRT Jailbreak has a starting MSRP of $84,140. Powered by an 807 horsepower supercharged engine, the 6.2-liter HEMI speaks for itself. It’s a high-performance machine, and when all the possible bells and whistles are added, the price tops $90,000.

At the Jailbreak trim level, buyers can personalize their Dodge Charger with interior and exterior options. Inside, buyers can choose colors and upholstery, interior badges, speaker systems, floor mats, and more for a variety of price points.

Accessories and extras add to Jailbreak’s cost

Dodge Charger Jailbreak buyers can choose an array of hood stripe and paint color options, making each model unique. Standard paint colors include Pitch Black, TorRed, and White Knuckle. For an extra $95, there are seven more colors, or you can take it to the top with the Hellraisin, Octane Red, or Sinnimon Stick options for $395. Additionally, you can add the distinctive Dodge Charger stripes for $995 and custom exterior badging for $199.

You can take it even further with pricier options for the Jailbreak’s wheels and tires. Sleek wheel choices range from 20-inch Devil’s Rim Brass Monkeywheels for $1,095 to 20-inch Satin Carbon Warp Speed Wheels for $2,295. The Charger comes standard with all-season performance tires, or you can upgrade to front and rear 3-season tires for $695. Other customization options include brake calipers in your choice of color for $595.

Special Dodge Charger packages

Packages are à la carte additions to any trim level of the Dodge Charger. These include convenience features like the Driver Convenience Group with features such as powered-heated mirrors, blind-spot detection, and fog lamps for $1,480, or the Blacktop Package with custom black accents and a black performance spoiler for $1295. 

There is also an Interior Appearance Group by Mopar for $495, up to the Plus Group, which adds every single extra feature Dodge has available for the Charger for the price of $3,095. The Navigation and Travel Group is the only special package offered on the Jailbreak trim level and gives you SiriusXM traffic and navigation technologies for $995.

Overall, Dodge Chargers can be customized in any way buyers like based on what they are willing to spend. When it comes to the top of the line, a fully loaded 2022 Dodge Charger Jailbreak costs $90,309.
