Sometimes trucks are pretty loud. This can be exciting and annoying based on location and time of day. You don’t coal roll in front of a church, but gas stations are fair game. But one Utah man attacked the owner of a diesel truck for being too loud with a knife.

Utah man attacks diesel truck owner with knife for being loud

I have a lot of experience with loud diesel trucks and SUVs. I remember going through the drive-thru in my Mom’s 1998 GMC Suburban and having to cut the engine to hear over the speaker. But the SUV was needed for hauling horse trailers.

At what point do diesel trucks get too loud? One Utah man decided that loud trucks don’t belong at gas stations and attacked a driver with a knife.

According to KUTV, a truck owner pulled up to the Cache County gas station, and interrupted an outdoor conversation. Police officers shared that 35–year-old Kyle Vic Anderson got frustrated.

Anderson decided to confront the driver and became aggressive as the man cut his engine off and entered the store. Instead of taking a moment to calm down, Anderson followed him inside to confront him again.

Then Anderson left the store and took out a knife. He was pacing around, making gas station employees nervous. He was yelling and threatening people as an employee locked all the doors and called the police

They waited inside until officers arrived. Anderson was charged with disorderly conduct, commercial obstruction, and threatening with a dangerous weapon. His evening would have gone better if he hadn’t let that diesel engine get to him.
