With the new EV6, buyers can enjoy up to 310 miles in estimated range as well as things like ultra-fast charging. Better yet, this vehicle boasts attractive styling, which helps it to stand out from an ever-more crowded segment.

Is the EV6 Wind worth buying?

The EV6 Wind is a step above the base EV6, and we feel that it brings quite a bit to the table. It comes with 21 standard safety features as well as an onboard power generator. Another perk of this model is its dual panoramic displays. These add a serious modern touch to the EV6 and can help with things like navigation.

We do feel like the interior of this electric SUV has one major drawback, and that is its climate and media controls. With the current configuration, both of these systems share the same buttons, meaning the driver or front passenger has to switch back and forth to control various things. In the long term, this could become frustrating.

Despite this, the interior of the 2022 EV6 is still highly usable. According to Car and Driver, with room for passengers and cargo alike.

How much does the 2022 EV6 Wind cost?

Depending on the configuration, the EV6 Wind has a starting MSRP of $47,000. This price is for the rear-wheel-drive version of Kia’s electric SUV. For those who live with winter climates, the Kia EV6 Wind with all-wheel drive may be the right call. When equipped with AWD, the EV6 Wind will cost $50,900.

For that price, buyers will not only get 320 horsepower and 446 lb-ft of torque but also convenience as well. The AWD on the Kia EV6 adds a heat pump which can help to reduce range depletion when the weather gets cold. Additionally, a heated steering wheel will keep your hands comfortable.

Can you buy Kia’s EV?

The 2022 Kia EV6 is currently in limited production. Because of this, finding one for sale may not be the easiest task. But, as more models become available, we imagine that the EV6 will give other EVs a run for their money.
