Sales have been going in the wrong direction for Stellantis. Ever since Covid-19 struck, brands like Fiat, Dodge, and Chrysler have been free-falling. However, in an attempt to turn things around with aggressive sales, Jeep and Ram recently provided a little hope.

Jeep and Ram help Stellantis turn the tide

Did you know that Stellantis has 14 automotive brands under its umbrella? Its various brands include Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Maserati, Chrysler, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Vauxhall, Opel, and DS automobiles.

Some say that the auto giant might have too much going on as each brand faces an increasing struggle against declining sales.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Setallantis has experienced a 10% drop in sales during the second quarter of 2025. It sold 309,976 vehicles, though. Also, the company experienced a 15% sales decrease in 2024.

In the second quarter of 2024, there was a 21% drop compared to the second quarter of 2023. So, at least the decline is slowing down, right?

But the company isn’t giving up and refuses to sell off underperforming brands. Plus, it could catch a break soon as Jeep and Ram provide glimmers of hope.

Ram sold the most vehicles during the second quarter with a 5% sales increase. Jeep sales increased by a whopping 1%. This may indicate that some of its actions, such as aggressive sales, are working.

As the brand has been suffering double-digit drops, it has been putting most of its focus on American brands to improve its reputation. But as it loses drivers, other American brands like Ford and Chevrolet have been experiencing tremendous growth.
