How much does the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer cost?

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer price starts at $86,995. That’s the bottom of the MSRP range, which goes up to $103,995. The 2022 Grand Wagoneer base model is the Series I, and that starts at $88,995. The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer comes with a 6.4-liter V8 engine that makes 471 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. Edmunds points out that the Grand Wagoneer is more powerful than its cheaper counterpart, the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. That Wagoneer model has a 5.7-liter V8 engine that makes 392 hp. However, the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer only gets 13 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway for a combined 15 mpg.

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II starts at $95,440 and has the same engine as the Series I. Both Grand Wagoneers can tow up to 9,850 pounds. They both come with ambient interior lighting, door handle approach lamps, and LED foglamps. However, the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II has special badging that isn’t available on the Series I. The Series II also comes standard with 22-inch aluminum wheels and all-season tires. In addition, it comes with leather massage seats.

The Grand Wagoneer Obsidian is a step up

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian starts at $100,440. That’s a steep price, but it comes with even more than either the Series I or Series II. The Obsidian builds on everything that comes in the Series II, but it adds gloss black moldings and piano black exterior accents and 22-inch tinted polished wheels and a black roof.

Other add-ons to the Series II come standard in the Grand Wagoneer Obsidian, like adjustable roof rail crossbars and premium color-tinted glass. A 23-speaker sound system is also standard in the Obsidian, while being only available in the Series II and not available in the Series I. It also has goodies like a standard center console cooler.

The Wagoneer Series III is the top-of-the-line

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III is the nicest new Grand Wagoneer you can buy, and it will cost you at least $104,845. It has most of what the Obsidian includes, but instead of polished wheels with a black insert, the Grand Wagoneer Series II has 22-inch polished aluminum wheels with lights out pockets. It also has a body color roof available, as well as special interior and exterior paint color options. In addition, the leather massage seats in the Series III are quilted. You can even add embossed metal interior accents for $795 or a 10.25-inch front passenger interactive display for $1,195.

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer price may be high, but you’re getting a really nice three-row SUV that’s both like something from the past and something never seen before. Although there are currently no crash test ratings for the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, it’s sure to be a best-seller when it finally comes out.
