In the ’80s, Chrysler changed the world with the invention of the minivan for the mass market. This van could haul people and cargo with the versatility of a large truck-based van, but it was built on an easy-to-drive, front-wheel drive car platform, making it easy for any driver to use. Years later, the minivan has largely disappeared from automotive company lineups in favor of crossover SUVs, but for Chrysler, the minivan lives on today in the 2023 Pacifica.

If you are looking for a quality minivan for 2023 and beyond, here is everything you need to know about this minivan and how much you can expect to spend on a fully loaded 2023 Chrysler Pacifica.

Chrysler Pacifica Touring price and features

The base model 2023 Chrysler Pacifica is known as the Touring. This base model Pacifica starts at around $37,020 and comes with a great list of standard features for that price.

Under the hood, the 2023 Pacifica Touring comes standard with Chrysler’s 3.6L VVT V6 engine with stop/start technology to save fuel costs. This engine also comes equipped with only one transmission option, a 9-speed automatic transmission. According to Car and Driver, the Pacifica limited is capable of an impressive 31 combined mpg.

This minivan also comes standard with a ton of safety features including, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and rear cross path detection, forward collision warning, rear park assist, and four-wheel disc brakes.

In the interior, this Pacifica comes standard with premium cloth seats with Chrysler’s Stow ‘n Go technology, letting you fold the seats into the floor instead of removing them from the vehicle for more room. At the front of the Pacifica is a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with plenty of USB ports for every passenger to charge their devices.

The fully loaded 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle price and features

The top-of-the-line Chrysler Pacifica for 2023 is the Pinnacle trim level. This trim level starts at around $54,180, with the all-wheel drive version starting at $56,975.

One of the biggest reasons to buy the Pinnacle model over the Touring model is the all-wheel drive availability and available trailer towing package, making your luxury minivan just as capable as a small truck.

For the Pacifica Pinnacle, the same V6 engine and automatic transmission from the Touring model return, with the main selling points of this vehicle being found in the interior, where premium cloth seats have been replaced with quilted Nappa leather bucket seats. Both the front seats and second-row seats are also heated with the front seats being ventilated.

When it comes to safety technology, all of the same features from the Touring return, while also adding a 360-degree surround view camera and parallel and perpendicular park assist. At the front of the Pacifica, the infotainment system has been completely revamped.

The standard 10.1-inch touch screen gains Amazon Fire TV, a Blu-Ray DVD Player, a GPS antenna, and even an in-vehicle intercom to help relay information to passengers seated in the rear.

Other options available for the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica

If you are looking to save even more money in fuel costs in the long run, there is a plug-in hybrid option available for the Pacifica for 2023. For the Touring model, this hybrid option carries a large price jump, starting at $50,495, but for the Pinnacle model, this hybrid option is only a few thousand more than the gas-powered Pinnacle at $60,190.

These plug-in hybrid vehicles can travel around 33 miles on electric power and they carry an efficiency rating of 84 MPGe combined.

Sadly, these hybrid vehicles only come in front-wheel drive, but if you are looking for a luxurious minivan that can do it all, and save a ton on fuel costs, look no further than the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica lineup!
