Unfortunately, Consumer Reports hasn’t rated the Silverado 2500HD, and that means it’s hard to get a clear view of just how good the heavy-duty Silverado is.

Consumer Reports does, however, give the new Silverado 2500HD a 4/5 for both predicted reliability and predicted owner satisfaction. In fact, the Silverado ranks first for reliability out of all of the big trucks. As far as the predicted owner satisfaction, current Silverado owners love the driving experience, comfort, and styling. Value, however, was less than average, at just 34/100.
