How much does the 2021 Cadillac Escalade cost?

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade MSRP price starts at $76,195. You can add on four-wheel-drive, but it will cost you $3,000 according to Kelley Blue Book. There’s also a longer version, the 2021 Cadillac ESV, for another $3,000. You can get a diesel engine or bench seats in the second row at no cost, which are nice options to have. The destination charge on all Escalades is $1,295.

There are more expensive 2021 Cadillac Escalade trim levels also. There’s a Premium Luxury Escalade which starts at $82,995. The Escalade Sport price starts at $85,595. There’s also a Premium Luxury Platinum and a Sport Platinum Escalade, both which cost $99,995. If you add 4WD, the price goes up to $102,995, and $105,995 for the ESV.

How much is a Cadillac Escalade fully loaded?

If you want to load up your 2021 Cadillac Escalade, you have a few options. The Driver Assist and Tech Package will cost you $3,650, while a Z66 Performance Package costs an additional $2,700. There’s also a Heavy Duty Trailering Package for $600. Altogether, these packages add an additional $6,950 to your Escalade price. If you buy the 2021 Cadillac Escalade Sport ESV, that means you’ll pay $112,945.

But that’s not all! For just an additional $15,770, you can add on a wide range of options. Power-assist side steps cost $1,750, while Super Cruise adds on $2,500. You can get a 36-speaker premium sound system for $4,300 and Night Vision for $2,000. A console cooler also costs $2,000, while a rear-seat entertainment system will keep your kids busy for just $1,995. Finally, you can add a special paint color for an additional $1,225. Choose everything and you’re looking at $128,715 for your 2021 Cadillac Escalade price.

The 2021 Escalade has 2 engines to choose from

You can choose one of two engines in the 2021 Cadillac Escalade. There is a 6.2-liter V8 that makes 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. The EPA-rated fuel economy for this engine is 14 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on the highway with the 2WD option, 14 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on the highway when you get 2WD on the Escalade ESV, and 14 mpg in the city for both the 4WD and ESV 4WD. The 4WD Escalade gets 20 mpg on the highway, while the 4WD ESV gets 19.

Then there’s a 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-6. This makes 277 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. The 2WD inline-6 Escalade gets 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway, while the 4WD version gets 20 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade price is high, but you were probably expecting that. So is it worth it? If you want a luxury large SUV, you just might find that it is. And if you fully load it, you’re at least certain to enjoy its features every time you drive it.
