When Kelley Blue Book listed high horsepower luxury SUVs, the 2022 Lamborghini Urus grabbed the number one spot. The 2022 Urus has three trims to choose from: Base, Pearl Capsule, and Graphite Capsule. All three trim options get 641 hp at 6,000 rpm from the twin-turbo V8 engine. This Lamborghini SUV won’t leave you bored on your daily commute.

Lamborghini equips the Urus with various Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). These include collision warning, parking sensors, airbags, and auto-adjusting headlights.

Mercedes-Benz made sure the Mercedes-AMG GLS was a high horsepower luxury SUV of 2022

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG GLS is no grocery-getting SUV. With 603 hp at 5,750 rpm from the powerful V8, this AMG kicks things up a notch. Mercedes added sport-tuned suspension, upscale interior materials, and plenty of room for people and cargo. Plus, most people won’t know you are riding around in a high-horsepower luxury SUV. It isn’t the most comfortable ride, but comfort gets sacrificed for horsepower sometimes.

Modern Mercedes-Benz SUVs have safety systems like Blind-Spot Warning (BSW), forward collision warning (FCW), and Driver Attention Assist Monitor. It also has extra airbags like one by the driver’s knee and front head curtain airbags. Mercedes also included lane departure warning, parking sensors, and cameras.

The BMW X5 M SUV blends in but won’t leave you bored

With 600 hp at 6,000 rpm, the twin-turbo V8 gets the job done. Plus, BMW is known for making a comfortable and powerful vehicles. The BMW X5 M is also all-wheel drive. With 84.7 cubic feet of cargo space, this luxury sport utility vehicle gets the job done.

BMW equipped the 2022 X5 M with BSW, FCW, and additional airbags around the cabin. It has a surround sound camera and lane departure warning as well.
