Not only is it modestly priced at $18,750, but it also comes well-appointed with all of the safety and interior features you need to enjoy every moment that you spend behind the wheel. But those aren’t the only reasons to put the 2021 Hyundai Venue at the top of your list.

We won’t try to convince you that the 2021 Hyundai Venue is a powerful SUV. Why? Because it’s just not. But while its 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine is only capable of 121-hp, Car and Driver reports that this year’s new Venue “delivers sufficient motivation around town” and is “agile in traffic thanks to its small proportions and reactive steering.”

Once standard with a manual transmission, the 2021 Hyundai Venue now comes equipped with a continuously variable transmission. While not all car shoppers will be pleased with this development, Kelley Blue Book explains the Venue’s new CVT “feels good, with impressive off-the-line response.”

And when it comes to fuel efficiency? According to EPA-estimates, you can expect the 2021 Hyundai Venue to return 30 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. In its tests, Kelley Blue Book says the 2021 model returned a remarkable 34.9 mpg.

Safety features that aim to inspire confidence

Of course, there’s more to this SUV than its mechanics. For many, safety features are what matter the most. Fortunately, the 2021 Hyundai Venue doesn’t make any compromises in the way of safety. Rather, it comes standardly equipped with the Hyundai SmartSense suite of safety features.

With standard safety features like forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assistance, and a driver attention monitoring system included in Hyundai SmartSense, you can rest assured knowing that this new Hyundai was designed with your utmost safety in mind. The 2020 Hyundai Venue was rated by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) as a Top Safety Pick too, which bodes well for the 2021 model year.

There are plenty of creature comforts to enjoy

The 2021 Hyundai Venus is no stranger to sought after features either. Offered in SE, SEL, and Denim trim levels, this year’s model boasts standard features like an 8-inch touchscreen display with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 4-speaker audio system with AM/FM/HD Radio. For those who are always on-the-go, the Venue also offers an available 8-inch navigation system.

This new Hyundai has plenty of space to offer too, and according to Car and Driver, “has a roomy cabin for its size.” The front and rear seats of this year’s model offer plenty of space to get comfortable in. When you fold the rear seats down, it also boasts 32 cubic-feet of cargo space.

It comes with Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance

Perhaps what’s most exciting about the 2021 Hyundai Venue is that it comes standard with Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance. If keeping your SUV in top condition is important to you, then you’ll be sure to find yourself swooning over this complimentary feature.

Hyundai has you covered for normal, factory scheduled maintenance for 3-years or 36,000-miles (whichever comes first) with Hyundai Complimentary maintenance too. Everything from engine oil changes and tire rotations are covered by this maintenance plan.

Is the 2021 Hyundai Venue the right pick for you?

There’s no denying that the 2021 Hyundai Venue has a lot to offer. But is it the right choice for you? If you’ve got a hankering for a new SUV that’s fuel-efficient, safe, and brimming with features, then the 2021 Hyundai Venue very well may be the right pick for you.
