Many used car buyers complain about their experiences at the dealership. However, one woman recently took to social media to air out her grievances with the dealership that sold her 2020 Audi Q5. The car dealer didn’t take the claims lightly. Instead, they fired back at the Audi driver and called her claims bogus. It seems the issue may have been over there being an extended warranty on the car.

Here’s what happened with this Audi car and its extended warranty

Recently, a Florida woman took to her TikTok account to call out her local Audi dealership, as many car buyers do. In her video, she complained about several issues she had with the vehicle as well as how the dealership handled the situation with her 2020 Audi Q5 despite having an extended car warranty. The first issue she complained about was with the tire, for which no one is to blame. 

She goes on to explain that she also had to have her coolant container and brake hose fixed. These issues came before the car hit 50,000 miles on the odometer. The supposed extended car warranty holder also said that the parking brake locked up on a few occasions. The lady, who says she has been pregnant twice since having the 2020 Audi Q5, says the seat belt broke once. 

Regarding her local Audi dealership, the owner says she ranks their service low. According to her, she had an extended warranty for her car, but they wouldn’t fix issues over 50,000 miles. However, the dealership interviewed with Daily Dot and said she only had the factory warranty. This option only provides repairs for the first 50,000 miles, and the owner’s 2020 Audi Q5 had a little over this amount. 

According to a person from the Florida dealership, “She’s very well aware of what options were available to her because it’s spelled out on the document. Nowhere on that document doesn’t say anything about a Crown Confidence Plan.” Still, she insists she has extended warranty coverage on her car and has continued to complain about the Audi dealership
