Additionally, the Limited comes standard with a 5.7-liter V8 and offers the widest selection of available options.

If off-roading is more your thing, you’ll be looking at the Ram 1500 Rebel for $45,320. While the Rebel may not be the most luxurious version of the 1500, it certainly is one of the most capable. Additionally, it features a fairly unique look. However, the wildest Ram available is by far the TRX for $70,095. This is because the TRX houses the Hellcat’s 702-hp 6.2-liter supercharged V8 under its hood.

If you want to save the absolute most when buying a Ram 1500, you’ll want to look at the Longhorn Crew Cab with the 5’7″ Box and all-wheel drive. This is because Consumer Reports found that buyers can get up to 10 percent off when buying this specific trim level of the 1500. In terms of the aforementioned overall lineup, it is relatively expensive with a $55,180 MSRP, says Consumer Reports.

Regardless of the MSRP, Consumer Reports that the average transaction price for this Ram 1500 is $49,761. This marks an average savings of $5,419 off of the original MSRP. As a result, you may save by buying a higher trim level thanks to the available discounts.

Unfortunately, there is no mention of potential discounts for the lower trim levels. While this doesn’t mean that there aren’t any, it may just mean that 10 percent is the maximum you’ll be able to save.
