When Consumer Reports decided to find the most satisfying cars by age group, the Tesla Model 3 electric vehicle fits the bill. While every generation has a lot of differences from one to the other, drivers of all ages seem to agree on a few things. A vehicle that is fun to drive, reliable, and delivers good fuel economy. Most drivers are also looking for a high-tech or luxurious car experience, Consumer Reports says.

The Tesla Model three is considered a luxury compact car that performed well in most Consumer Reports testing. It received the “green choice” designation and the “recommended” award. The Tesla Model 3 received high road test scores and owner satisfaction. The M3 has a range between 358 miles and 315 miles, depending on the version chosen.

The Tesla Model Y is also one of the most satisfying for all ages

The Tesla Model Y identifies as a luxury electric SUV. Consumer Reports gave the Model Y the “green choice” accolade, road test, and owner satisfaction areas. The predicted reliability score was low, but owners and fans of the vehicle seem to overlook that anyway.

The MY is quick, agile, and high-tech. The entire Tesla lineup has some quirks, but sales for the electric vehicles prove that buyers can overlook these quirks. The Model Y has a range between 244 miles and 330 miles, depending on the version chosen. Since this is an SUV option, buyers can opt for a third row to increase seating from five to seven passengers.

Don’t forget the Kia Telluride SUV, either

Many generations chose the Kia Telluride SUV along with the Tesla models. The second-row seats slide or fold forward with the touch of a button, making third-row access easier.
