Have you seen Camila Cabello in Cinderella yet? While the classic story got a modern re-write, so did Cinderella’s chariot. This year, the chariot is an S-Class sedan from the ultra-luxury brand Mercedes-Maybach. Watch Billy Porter fawn over the one-of-a-kind glamorous golden carriage. The collab is meant “to create magical moments that empower and inspire,” and it certainly checks all of those boxes.

Cinderella x Mercedes-Benz is one of the more exciting collaborations this year. Camila Cabello has been praised for her work on the movie, but have you seen the cars? Mercedes-Maybach and designer Will Castro decided the vehicle needed to be as fabulous as Porter’s character, the Fabulous Godmother. The Fab G is the newest Fairy Godmother to hit the scene.

Porter said the Maybach S 560 had to reflect the vibrant colors in the film, the butterfly motif, jewels, and magic from the wand. And don’t worry, the backseat has massaging seats just in case Cinderella is stressed out on the way to the ball.

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class was wrapped in a bright gold-colored wrap complete with thousands of individual sparkles. The wheels, front grille, and pillars are all wrapped to match. There are even butterflies adorning the inside.

The Mercedes-Maybach S 560 isn’t the only luxury vehicle showing up, either. The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is fit for a queen or even a Cinderella. The Mercedes team worked with Cinderella and Amazon prime to promote the new movie, released on the streaming service earlier this month.

Part of the Mercedes campaign with the film tells buyers to “ride like royalty. A Mercedes-Maybach Sedan carries itself as elegantly as it carries its passengers.” Not a bad goal to have, right? However, the luxury automobile company doesn’t want people to think that these vehicles can’t be for everyone.

It makes sense Mercedes-Maybach has the S-Class and G-Class at the forefront of this campaign.

Are these luxury vehicles fast enough?

The 2021 Maybach S 560 price starts at $131,400. It offers 463 hp, 516 lb-ft of torque, and a 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds. The S 560 has room for four passengers and gets 15 mpg from the 4.0L V8 engine. The Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) offers tons of screens and features for whatever kind of adventure you might be on. Not bad for a girl like Cinderella.

The new 2021 Mercedes G 550 SUV starts at $131,750, while the 2021 AMG G 63 SUV starts at $156,450. The G 550 has 416 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque. The 0-60 mph acceleration in the G Class is 5.6 seconds. For the AMG G 63, the SUV gets 577 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. It has a much quicker 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds.
