How can I save money on car insurance?

The best way to save money on your car insurance is to choose a sensible car with cheap insurance rates, keep your driving record clean, and shop insurance providers to find the best rates. Still, there are some factors that drivers cannot control. For instance, drivers can’t change their age, which has a lot to do with rates.

What other vehicles had cheap insurance costs?

In addition to the Subaru Outback and Forester, the Hyundai Venue, Toyota C-HR, and Kia Seltos LX have cheap insurance costs. Unsurprisingly, sports cars, luxury cars, and premium EVs have some of the more expensive annual full coverage rates.

For instance, the Audi RS E-tron GT has a national average rate of about $4,150 for full coverage. That means the Audi EV costs nearly three times as much to insure as a 2022 Subaru Outback 2.5L.
