The 2022 Lexus ES comes in several trims, so you can easily find one that suits your needs. According to TrueCar, the 350 front-wheel-drive model is the most popular because it’s relatively inexpensive for a luxury car ($41,875) and comes with plenty of advanced safety features. They include a backup camera, brake assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and traction/stability control. 

Its 3.5-liter V6 engine gets 22 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. The ES hybrid version offers even better fuel economy, with a whopping 44 mpg combined.

Standard features are numerous. Expect heated side mirrors, remote keyless entry, remote start, and wireless charging. 

The 2022 Audi A6 Allroad offers opulence and ruggedness

Audi’s A6 Allroad model is an SUV alternative that offers premium luxury with off-road capabilities. It comes in two trim levels, with the Prestige being the most popular. It packs a 3.0-liter V6 turbo engine and an all-wheel drivetrain. Passenger space and the cargo area are roomy due to the modernized station wagon design. 

Expect 23 mpg combined as far as gas mileage goes.

The 2022 Volvo V60 isn’t your grandmother’s station wagon

This is another wagon model, but it doesn’t feel or look like the old family hauler from decades ago. The 2022 Volvo V60 is comfortable to drive and ride in. You get a plush interior, roomy cabin, lots of cargo space, and Wi-Fi accessibility.

Of the four trim levels, the most popular among consumers is the T5 Inscription, a front-wheel-drive version. Other models surpass it in luxuriousness, but the T5 Inscription gives you more than enough for the price.

If you want an all-wheel-drive version, you can choose the Standard SH AWD, Technology Package SH AWD, A-Spec Package SH AWD, Advanced Package SH AWD, and Type S SH AWD with and without performance tires. Standard features include Eco/Sport driving modes, daytime running lights, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and navigational system. 

The 2022 Audi S6 offers plenty of power

The Audi S6 sports sedan offers premium luxury features and excellent performance. The Prestige trim comes with a 2.9-liter V6 engine that produces a whopping 444 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque. When it comes to fuel economy, the S6 is pretty modest, with 28 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg combined. 

Standard features include regenerative braking, a start/stop system, rain-sensing wipers, power side mirrors, keyless ignition, and a heated steering wheel. A top-of-the-line midsize luxury car: 2022 Audi A6

If you’re looking for top-of-the-line luxury in a midsize sedan, the 2022 Audi A6 is your best bet. The Prestige 3.0 is the most common choice among buyers of the three trims offered. The starting price for this version is $60,895, but the base starts at $56,995. 

Powering the A6 Prestige is a 3.0-liter V6 turbo generating 335 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. EPA estimates for this model are 21 mpg on city roads and 30 mpg on the highway. 

Standard equipment includes AWD, a start/stop system, a panoramic moonroof, a power liftgate, front-cooled seats, adaptive cruise control, and Wi-Fi.

The 2022 Genesis G70 offers affordability and a solid warranty

The 2022 Genesis G70 is the second most affordable sedan on the list, coming after the Acura TLX, which is only about $130 less. Starting at $38,870, the G70 offers a hands-free liftgate, power doors, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, a start-stop system, forward collision warning, a 10.3-inch touchscreen, and wireless charging. 

In addition, the Genesis G70 has one of the best warranties for vehicles in its class. Expect a 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty for the powertrain and a five-year/60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. You also get three years of scheduled maintenance.
