New year, new car. However, you might be wondering if you can still get a good deal in the month of January. The good news is that you can! But you’ll just need to know where to find them. Luckily, Ari Janessian – a Youtuber and auto broker – put together a list of the best lease deals that he found for this month.

Keep in mind that the lease terms only include the standard inception fees (first month’s payment, registration, taxes, and fees) as well as the lowest mileage allotment, which is typically 10,000 miles. In that case, your specific lease deal can vary depending on how much money you put as a down payment and if you opt for more miles per year.

2021 Toyota Corolla LE Sedan

If you’re looking for a compact car, then there’s no doubt that the Toyota Corolla can serve its purpose by taking you wherever you need to go in relative comfort and efficiency. This lease deal is for the not-so-base LE trim level, which comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry, and automatic climate control. While it might not be the fanciest version of the Corolla, you’ll be happy when you only have to pay $209 per month for 36 months (before tax).

2021 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

While you’re probably more familiar with the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord when it comes to mid-size sedans, you might not want to ignore the Nissan Altima. Even in its base 2.5 S form, the Altima comes with key standard safety features like an intelligent forward collision warning system and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection along with a 7-inch touchscreen display. If that works for you, then you’ll enjoy the low $260 per month payment for 36 months (before tax).
