5 Easter Eggs Were Actually Found on the 2023 Toyota Prius!
The Jeep Wrangler is well-known for Easter Eggs in various places on the off-road SUV. The recent redesign of the 2023 Toyota Prius offered an opportunity for Toyota to do the same. The latest generation Prius is the most powerful and interesting model of this hybrid car ever offered. Here are five cool Easter Eggs you might not notice unless we tell you about them.
What are Easter Eggs on vehicles?
The term Easter Eggs is used to describe small, detailed items that automakers put on vehicles that many people won’t notice. Similar to the tradition of finding eggs at home or in a field at church, these Easter Eggs are mostly hidden in plain sight, but you have to know where to look for them.
1. The 2023 Toyota Prius is a Hybrid Reborn
Toyota uses the “Hybrid Reborn” slogan for the new Prius. This slogan is the first of our five Easter Eggs, and it’s found on the cowl behind the windshield and the inside of the hatch opening next to the taillight. These are two locations you might not look for this slogan, but it’s there.
2. Toyota uses hashtags in some interesting places
Do you want people to know your car has a hidden compartment? Even if you don’t want them to know it’s there, Toyota tagged it with the #hidden compartment for this small area. The hidden space is at the front of the center console, ahead of the cupholders, and below a removable tray.
The hidden compartment isn’t the only place Toyota used a hashtag for the new 2023 Prius. Toyota also offers #glovebox on the front of the glove box just in case you forgot what this compartment is for; the hashtag reminds you.
3. Like the Jeep, Toyota put a Prius in some unusual places
If you look closely, you’ll find a silhouette of the new 2023 Toyota Prius at the base of the camera and radar unit at the top of the windshield. This is one of those Easter Eggs you might have to look hard to find.
The same silhouette also shows up on either side of the dashboard. You’ll have to open the front doors to find it.
4. The Prius name is everywhere
Even if you removed the badges from this new generation Prius, you’d find the name in a few other places. These Easter eggs appear in script within the Led headlights, in the heater coils of the rear defroster, and on top of the A-pillars along the windshield sill.
5. The integrated door handles are less of an Easter Egg for the 2023 Toyota Prius
The rear door handles are somewhat tucked away, located at the top of the window, to give a cleaner design. The lack of traditional door handles might convince you that this car is a two-door model. It’s actually a four-door car with room for five passengers.

The 2023 Toyota Prius not only delivers several cool Easter Eggs for you, but it’s also the most powerful version of this car. The new powertrain delivers between 194 and 220 horsepower, which is an impressive change from the previous generation.
