When rounding up some 2023 SUVs already on sale, CarsDirect found the Mazda CX-5 was an excellent option. For the 2023 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S, the base model, buyers can get a deal of $319 for 36 months with $2,999 down at signing. The 2.5 S comes with all-wheel drive standard and has an MSRP of $27,125. That works out to an effective monthly cost of $402 per month.

If you are interested in the 2023 Lexus UX, now is the time to move. The 2022 version has sold out already since it isn’t one of the biggest sellers for Lexus. However, CarsDirect says planning can get you a better deal on a brand-new SUV. Buying directly through Lexus can get you $750 APR cash and help lock in the price. As far as popular 2023 SUVs on sale go, the UX is a good buy.

The 2023 Mazda CX-9 will run you $424 a month

Getting into the 2023 Mazda CX-9 Touring is easier than ever. With room for six and a refreshed design, the CX-9 is one of the popular 2023 SUVs on sale. CarsDirect says it is a better value than the CX-5, but that depends on your financial situation. With $3,499 due at signing and a 36-month lease deal, that works out to about $424 a month. Even if that seems high, the CX-9 Touring comes with all-wheel drive standard and gets 20 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.

If you want to get into a Lexus GX SUV at MSRP, order through Lexus

The 2022 Lexus GX is still available in small amounts, but getting into a 2023 Lexus GX early might be the best bet. Buyers can order directly through Lexus for the promotional APR of 4.49% for 60 months or 5.75% for 72 months. The most lease deal for the 2022 version was $659 for 36 months, with $3,999 due at signing. Using the Lexus Sold Order Program to place an order allows buyers to lock in current interest rates and take order of the vehicle whenever it is ready.

If applicable, Lexus should release more information about lease deals in the next month or so. These days, it seems that the only way to get a vehicle at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is to order it early from the dealership. If that gets you a better deal on a popular 2023 SUV, then so be it.
