For environmentalists, an electric vehicle is a better alternative to its gasoline-powered couterparts since EVs do not emit pollutants harmful to the environment. 1. 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV is one of the best electric cars

Going for up to 259 miles on a single charge, the 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV is the number one electric car, according to Kelley Blue Book. It has an MSRP of $25,600 for the 1LT trim, which is the lowest price that you could get for an electric car. An extra $3,200 is required for the 2LT trim. 

Improved comfort is one of the major selling points of this Chevy since it has a heated steering wheel. What’s more, it has five-passenger seating with comfortable heated seats for a refined travel experience. Its trunk is also remote-controlled for convenience and interior is good quality.

Just like any other EV, the Bolt EV has an electric motor engine capable of generating 200 hp and a torque of 266 lb-ft. It has a front-wheel-drive system and a combined fuel economy of 120 MPGe. All its features and its cheap pricing are what put the Bolt EV in the top position.

2. 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV is an excellent electric car

Coming in second to the Bolt EV is its big brother, the 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. On a full charge, the Bolt EUV can move for up to 247 miles before running out of power. The Bolt EUV’s price starts at $27,200, while the Premier version starts at $31,700. This Chevy was named Kelley Blue Book’s best electric car under $35,000.   

Besides being a cheaply priced electric car, the Bolt EUV also has amazing qualities. This Chevy offers slightly more legroom compared to the Bolt EV, offering more comfort, especially for taller people. It also has five-passenger seating and an easy-to-use hands-free Super Cruise driving system that is trusted by many drivers, sometimes even on highways.  

Like the Bolt EV, it is a front-wheel drive with a standard warranty of 36,000 miles. Furthermore, the Bolt EUV has an electric motor engine capable of generating 200 hp and a combined fuel economy of 115 MPGe. 

3. 2022 Polestar 2 is one the best electric cars

Lastly, the 2022 Polestar 2 is considered by Kelley Blue Book as part of the top three best electric cars. One of the Polestar 2’s strengths is that it can go for up to 270 miles on a single charge, and the single motor variant accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just seven seconds. Its price starts at $45,900 and can accommodate five passengers. The Polestar 2 also has an electric motor engine capable of generating 231 hp. 

On the highway, the polestar has a fuel economy of 100 MPGe and a combined fuel economy of 107 MPGe. For the long range dual motor, the engine has two electric motors and is capable of generating as much as 408 hp. This excellent performance is what puts the Polestar 2 among the three best electric cars and will definitely fulfill its end with a superb driving experience.
