New truck colors, who dis? Why, it’s the 2026 Ram 1500! To spice up its offerings, Stellantis gave it four new shades of paint. Best of all, the new colors are no-cost options, so customizing your truck won’t cost any extra. 

The 2026 Ram 1500 gains four new colors 

It seems like most trucks are getting shades of muddy orange paint or cement. However, the 2026 Ram 1500 is going in a different direction by adding four new colors to stand out against the pack. 

The new exterior colors include Canyon Lake, Diamond Black, Bright White, and Granite Crystal. Stellantis seems to be most excited about the earthy shade of Canyon Lake which sits somewhere on the spectrum between grey and green. 

According to Mopar Insiders, the new shades of paint are available on every trim level from the Tradesman to the RHO. Also, Canyon Lake is a throwback to Char Glow II Satin Glow, a closed Chrysler color from the 90s. But it’s more modern and muted without as much gold flash. 

Those who enjoy the dark side can opt for the 2026 Ram 1500 Express. It adds black badges, a sport hood, black wheels, and side steps for a unique and mysterious style. 

Plus, you can pair your favorite colors with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine as it makes a triumphant return for 2026. But the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 Hurricane engine options are stout contenders. Plus, there’s the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. 

There are plenty of options to consider and that’s the point. Ram is attempting to attract buyers by offering more choices.
