The 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross offers two powertrain options: a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a new hybrid powertrain, which combines the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with three electric motors.

For the drive system, all Corolla Cross Hybrid models come standard with all-wheel drive, while the gas-powered Corolla Cross offers a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The towing specs for the Corolla Cross Hybrid are not yet available, but the gas-powered Corolla Cross can tow up to 1,500 pounds.

Along with the new hybrid model, the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross expands the trim lineup with new S, SE, and XSE trims. Also, the 2023 Corolla Cross has a new information system.
