The 2023 Lexus RZ 450e is actually the first dedicated electric vehicle from Lexus. TractionLife says the new electric SUV will use the e-TNGA platform like some of the other options on this list. Lexus equips this 2023 electric SUV with a 71.4 kWh battery and two motors. The motor at the front generates 150 kW while the back is 90 kW, which is 230 kW combined (or about 308 hp).

The 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 6 is billed as one of the most efficient electric vehicles ever made, thanks to its large battery. Hyundai made the IONIQ 6 capable of 800V DC Fast-Charging that can take the EV from 10% State of Charge (SoC) to 80% SoC in just 18 minutes.

A lot of buyers signed up to get a Cadillac Lyriq

Another new model to watch for is the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq. Cadillac recently jump-started production on this new electric crossover at the General Motors Spring Hill factory. As the first EV for the brand, GM estimated that 240,000 people signed up to get in line for the Lyriq. This electric SUV will come in either rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel drive.

The Subaru Solterra is an electric crossover that can off-road

Another first, the 2023 Subaru Solterra is Subaru’s entrance to the EV market. It comes with a 72.8 kWh battery that is slated to get anywhere from 222 miles to 228 miles on a charge. Subaru also equipped the 2023 Solterra with 8.3 inches of ground clearance and Dual-Function X-Mode for whatever off-road adventures you might find.
