Adding the 2022 Ford Ranger Roush package costs about $13,250 to add. The MSRP for the 2022 Ranger XLT is $29,335. So you’re looking at about $42,585 to get started with a highly capable off-roading truck. 

The 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro starts at about $46,135, and when the 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor arrives, it’s expected to begin at around $52,000. So, the Roush can help you save compared to other off-roading trucks. 

Also, the Ranger Roush doesn’t have any extra power. It uses the same turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine with 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. 

What comes with the 2022 Ranger Roush? 

According to Roush, the 2022 Ford Ranger Roush comes with a signature ROUSH grille to let people know that this Ranger isn’t your average truck. The grille also features built-in dual LED light bars, Magnetic Gray fender flairs with integrated accent lights, and functional vent badging. 

Each Roush model is built from a 2022 Ford Ranger 301A or 302A XLT trim, and there are nine colors to choose from, including a hot new shade of Pepper Red Metallic. 

The 2022 Roush Ranger rides on a ROUSH Performance Suspension system that improves off-road handling and levels the truck for a more aggressive stance. It includes custom 18-inch satin black ROUSH wheels that are wrapped in 32-inch General Tire A/TX tires. 

Plus, the package includes a ROUSH Performance cat-back exhaust system to produce an aggressive exhaust roar. The dual stainless-steel tips include ROUSH etchings. 

The look of the truck is complete with red tow hooks, ROUSH trailer hitch cover, fender heat extractors, locking lug nuts, ROUSH graphics, and a ROUSH tailgate badge.

Yes, the 2022 Ford Ranger Roush blends off-roading capability with premium comfort. The interior features premium ROUSH leather upholstery with quilted stitching and embroidery for luxurious comfort and durability. 

WeatherTech floor liners protect the floor from mud, slush, and moisture. Plus, you can personalize your truck with optional upgrades such as a ROUSH center console vault, rear-seat vault, Off-Road Utility kit, and different graphic options. You can even opt for an Upper Stripe graphic or Rocker Stripe Graphic. 

The Ford Ranger XLT with the 301A package consists of rear parking sensors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 110-volt household power outlet, and your choice between a Sport, Chrome, or Black exterior package. 

With the 302A package, you gain remote state, power-folding mirrors, manual sliding rear windows, and power-adjustable heated front seats. 

The ROUSH digital gauge cluster is paired with an 8-inch touchscreen that’s compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 

If you want to add some unique flair to your ride and off-roading capabilities, the Roush package is an excellent option to consider against the Tremor and Ranger Raptor.
